Useful info about your holiday with us at AhriaPura
Information about our prices:
The prices are per apartment and night. Occupancy with 1 or 2 persons.
For each additional person (from 3 years) we charge 30 euros/day.
Children from 0 to 2,99 years pay 10 euros.
For a stay of less than 3 days, there is a surcharge of 15 % (applies to the apartment price as well as children's price and the price for additional persons).
DISCOUNT OF 5% UP TO 7 DAYS:
For bookings up to 7 days we give you a discount of 5 %
Confirmation:
The booking is considered confirmed as soon as you receive the corresponding written notification from us. From this moment on you can start to really look forward to your holiday!
Arrival by Public Transportation:
For train travelers, the destination stations are Bruneck and Bruneck Nord. The North/South route goes through Innsbruck, the Brenner Pass, and Bozen, with a possible transfer in Franzensfeste. The East/West route runs through Lienz, Innichen, and Franzensfeste. From Bruneck, you can easily reach your holiday accommodation using the bus – for Ahrntal, a taxi, or the 'Südtirol Transfer' connecting service. You will receive the „guestpass“ from us, which allow you to use public transportation throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
Check-in:
The thoroughly cleaned and disinfected apartments are ready for occupancy from 3:30 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can of course explore the many popular spots in and around the house and enjoy the wonderful views of Taufers Castle and the surrounding natural landscape.
If you should arrive after 6:00 p.m., we would be pleased if you could inform us in advance.
Check-out:
Even if it is difficult, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure so that we can get it ready for the next guests.
Late Check-out:
Unless otherwise required, you can also occupy the apartment until 6 p.m. on request and for an additional charge of 60 euros.
Payment:
You can pay your bill in cash (according to law max. 4,999 euros), with EC or credit card.
Cancellation conditions:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 91 days before the start of your holiday. Cancellations 90 days to 31 days before arrival will be charged 40% of the total amount, cancellations 30 days to 7 days before arrival will be charged 70%, cancellations in the last week before arrival will be charged 90% of the total amount. In case of trip cancellation it will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Trip cancellation protection:
To ensure that you can continue to look forward to your time with us as care-free as possible and that you can protect yourself against the unforeseen, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, for example with Europäischen Reiseversicherung, with whom we have concluded a contract.
Apartment equipment:
The holiday apartments are fully equipped, you will find everything you need on site. So you don't need to worry about packing towels, bed linen, dishes, cutlery, coffee machines. That leaves enough space for your favourite clothes as well as a large portion of anticipation.
Cleaning:
The final cleaning is included in the total price with a stay for more than 2 nights, so you don't need to worry about a thing. If you wish, we can also clean your apartment during your stay, including changing towels.
Lift:
Even though climbing stairs is healthy, we naturally also have a lift to take you and your luggage up and down.
Accessibility:
Our entire house is barrier-free, which means that you can easily reach all areas with a pram or wheelchair. We even have our own apartments which are additionally equipped for wheelchair access.
Smoking:
Thank you for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in the entire indoor area!
Pets:
On request and if available, your four-legged friends are also welcome to stay with us in the specially provided apartment (price from 100,00€).
Wellness:
Our spacious wellness area is of course available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay, as is the wellness bag provided on with bathrobe and slippers.
Access to the wellness area permitted from the age of 14 years.
Parking garage:
As we would also like to give your car a relaxing break, we have put great emphasis on making the underground car park as spacious and comfortable as possible. So your car can also enjoy the holiday, and even at zero cost!
E-charging station at extra cost.
Hiking poles & rucksack in summer:
If you have forgotten your hiking poles at home or just want to try them out, you can borrow some from us for a small fee, as well as the backpacks, which are available for you.
Ski depot in winter:
You are welcome to rent your own heated and lockable ski depot at our sister house AhriaNova, which is only 2 km away directly at the foot of the Speikboden.
Baby equipment:
If you are travelling with a baby and toddler, we have baby cots, bottle warmers and high chairs available for hire.
Laundry room:
Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room for your clothes for a small fee.
Travel free of charge with the Holiday Pass:
At check-in we will hand you the Guest Pass museeumobil - your ticket includes free use on all public transport in South Tyrol and free admission to over 80 participating museum in the region. In addition, you can take part in the weekly programme free of charge and receive various benefits.
